Happy, smiling woman with big glasses and short curly hair. She’s very close to my face while she’s “talking” to me. She’s very animated and excited.

She’s doing a dance like she’s using castanets and shaking her hips.

Riding a bike — I also hear the Wicked Witch music from Wizard of Oz while she’s riding.

She has her hand on her chest near her heart.

There’s a blanket. I think she made a blanket for someone.

    Deann or Deanna.

    “virtuous” or “virtuoso”

    Hammer and nails.

She had a deck or porch that she loved sitting on.

    She was a hugger.

    Fever

“I can’t escape what happened to me, but you can escape this life you are living. It can’t really even be called “living” — what you are doing. I don’t want that for you. I want you to experience, taste, travel, find joy, laugh, LIVE. Don’t worry. you will not be forgetting me. I’m always there. But I’ll be there enjoying life with you instead of watching you suffer. That’s what I want for you. Life. Please. Find joy, find your life again. It breaks my heart watching you go through this. I love you so much.”

    Male

    Rainbows

    Soccer ball

Holding a slinky between two hands and moving his hands in a weighing motion so the weight of the slinky moves back and forth between them.

Flowers. Everywhere. Piles and piles of flowers.

Tap dancing. He’s not necessarily good at it, but he has fun. He’s fun to watch because he’s enjoying himself so much.

Curly hair that he keeps short to keep it from getting unruly.

Ring on his left hand but not a wedding ring. The song “Plain Gold Ring” is going through my head.

Very passionate, short fling had had shortly before he passed. Lots of “I can’t get enough of you” kissing and touching.

He had a desk job. He didn’t love it, but he didn’t hate it, either. He had somer lovely friends at work. He had a hacky sack on or in his desk.

“There’s too many pillows on your bed now. You found the line finally and then you crossed way over it.

“Don’t mourn me and don’t wait to join me. You will, of course. Everyone will eventually. But don’t not live your life in the meantime. You can’t just sit around ’til you die. What’s the point of that?! Live. Enjoy. Eat delicious things. Dance. Do something that scares you and makes you feel alive. Experience things. I’ll be here when you get here. And I’m still with you every step of the way while you’re there. Talk to me any time. I’m listening. And even though they will be small and easy to miss — watch for my replies. In the butterflies, the crinkly lone leaf wondering across the sidewalk, the ladybug on your shoulder. And so much more. See me in the tiny, ordinary miracles every day and know that’s me loving you with all of my heart. You and my family and my friends. I love you all. Don’t stop loving me, but do start living again. -B”

Woman in skinny jeans, a crisp white t-shirt, and Adidas sneakers. She has shoulder-length bouncy hair, It’s bouncy because it’s styled with big loose curls.

She’s bubbly. The bouncy hair is an extension of her personality. She’s smiley and approachable and easy to get along with.

She died in a dark way. She doesn’t want to tell me about it, but shows me it was dark — by someone else’s hand.

In high school she played soccer and was a cheerleader for a short time.

She loves turtles. Has turtle earrings and jewelry. She will ALWAYS stop to help a turtle across the road. She was gifted a special trip to swim with sea turtles for her birthday or Christmas.

    There’s a small, white-ish, wire-haired dog. I feel like maybe it’s still living.

She always had plenty of pens and would hand them out to her classmates that needed one.

Maybe “Avery” or something that sounds similar.

“Do You Know the Muffin Man?” but what is playing in my head is that exchange from Shrek the Musical.

There’s something about acrobatics. I don’t think she was an acrobat, but the word means something to her, or you, the reader.

“I can see you. Still. You are never alone, so please don’t feel that way. In your darkest moments, I’m there — holding you, crying with you, giving you the biggest hug, When you see that light flicker, of course it’s me. Stop questioning it. You tell yourself it only flickers when you most need it, and you’re not wrong. It’s me, telling you I love you. Callie can’t cope like she says she can, so please help her. Don’t let her tell you she’s okay — she’s not. You need each other. You are both too independent to acknowledge it, but you do. That’s not weakness — that’s love. Share that love with each other.”

Sign: Veil (or it could be Vale — like the city)

Big guy — a football player. He looks even bigger because he first came to me with all of his pads on — no helmet, though. He’s big, but he’s a softie. He’s holding a tiny kitten in his hands. It’s cream colored and very fuzzy like it will be a long-haired cat.

His friends are all dancing at a party or club, but he won’t dance. He loves to, though. But only ever in his room alone.

He helps with his family farm or garden. I see him tilling a garden area in rows.

He’s driving age but he rides a bike.

    Something about a ruler.

It’s not his name, but someone calls him “Bud” as a nickname.

There is a patch of flowers planted along the path he regularly rides his bike and he loves to see them. They make him happy.

He frequents a fishing hole near home.

He still has a teddy bear from his childhood and a special blanket.

I feel like cause of death was related to his heart or chest area in general, but I also feel like it was traumatic — like a stabbing or shooting.

He loved bugs — loved to watch them and study their movements. He’s mildly obsessed with watching inch worms go about their day.

“I know it’s not my fault, but I also know I shouldn’t have gone. I’m sorry that decision haunts you. What’s done is done, but that doesn’t mean I’m done. I’m still there. I’m still sending you all my love and I feel all of yours. I’m glad you are able to find some peace in looking through those old albums. I like it when you do. Even with tears in your eyes, your eyes light up with small smiles as you remember happy times and good memories. I feel your heart warm then.

“Thank you for taking such good care of my cat. Try not to sit in your sorrow so much. I want you to live. To have a full life. To feel joy and laugh and do things that scare you just for the thrill. You can do whatever you want with my room. It’s not for me anymore. I don’t need it and I don’t need any of those things. I know it’s hard for you, but I will not be offended or bothered if you even just got rid of everything.

“I hope you feel me near. I’m sending you all the love I have — all the time. I’ll be waiting for you — the first to see you — when you get here. BUT take your time. You’ve got so much more living to do. I love you — always.”

Sign: dirty sweater (or stained sweater)

This is a woman. She is slim and her motions are very fluid, like a dancer. She’s wearing a very pretty, flattering dress that is sleeveless/wide straps with a bodice that is fitted and a skirt that flares out at her waist. It’s white.

Bouncy (but not curly) brown hair, medium length. Red lip. She has long delicate fingers and well manicured nails, but they are not painted.

She has a special ring on her left hand – not necessarily a wedding ring or engagement ring. More like a family heirloom or special gift. She also has a necklace that is missing. She’s touching the spot between her clavicle to show me it’s not there. Even the movements of her hands are fluid and graceful.

She is spinning in a tutu with her hair pulled into a bun. She stops perfects, front foot turned out and back hitting it’s mark to stop the turn.

She’s graceful, but I’m also hearing “Grace” as a possible name.

We’re walking down a hallway in a hours. It’s a little dark because all of the doors are closed except the last one on the right. It’s a beautiful room full of light, decorated in pinks with blue accents. I see big pink flowers.

It’s well-organized. There is a hand-made afghan at the foot of the bed. Crocheted or knitted.

There is a small dish on the vanity and there IS an engagement ring in there. She’s waffling. Can’t decide if it’s a good idea to marry this person. She’s messing with the ring — fingering it while she things, trying it on, etc. Then she puts it back in the dish.

The closet is full of fancy dresses and beautiful things.

“I just wanted to reach out to say ‘hi’. I’m still around. I know I’m not as active anymore, but I fear it was bothering you — keeping you from healing from my loss. But I am still there. I see the fridge cleanouts, pillow fluffing (thanks for that), I hear the airing of grievances — I’m sorry for the times I hurt you. And for leaving too soon. I know that’s what it feel like to you. One day you will see the plan and it will all make sense. But now, I know it just hurts. Give Gracie a big hug from me. Thank you for telling her about me and keeping my memory alive. I’ll see you soon (but not too soon). Love you.

Sign: roaches (I kid you not. I cringed just writing that down when they showed me.)

Tall mane, he walks with his head bowed slightly like he wants to be invisible and his height is preventing that. He’s shy — holding his hat in his hands in front of him and nervously messing with it.

Short hair, but not buzzed. Nicely trimmed. Maybe a goatee?

Hula hoop. He could hula hoop and there’s a big ol’ grin on this face while he’s doing it. He’s doing it for a group of girls — his sister and her friends? They’re loving it and cheering him on.

He wanted to be a tap dancer, but he’s too tall — all arms and legs and too tall for a partner.

At one point he had long hair and wore it in a ponytail.

He tried surf lessons once and he hated it.

Keychain — some sort of ball, like a globe.

    Red Car

    Roadside covered in yellow flowers.

    Ticket stubs.

Saturday morning cartoons with his sister.

    Ben or Benjamin, maybe?

    He was “too slow”.

“I can’t imagine how you are feeling now. It’s a lot — I know. I’m so sorry. I never meant to hurt you. But please know that everything I did had a purpose — a real reason. Maybe you can find your way to forgiving me and you will start to see the love and good memories again. That’s my hope for you — forget the end and focus on the good times… the happy memories. In what will eventually seem like the blink of an eye, you will understand everything. I love you. With all of my heart. I hope you know that. I hope you can feel my love now. Right now. While you are reading this. Feel it like a big warm hug on a cold afternoon. Like a hot chocolate on a snowy day. I love you.”

    Sign: buttered toast.

Larger German man, but there’s also a smaller (child) female with him. They are holding hands as they walk in the park — I feel like it’s a larger city park.

They are eating cupcakes piled high with icing.

He has a watch that is important to him. There’s also something small, long, and cylindrical. It’s metal. A little larger around and shorter than a pen or pencil. I can see it rolling underneath something — a couch maybe. He doesn’t know where it is (or maybe you, the reader, don’t know where it is).

The man is dressed in slacks and a button down shirt, but the girl’s clothes are a little ratty — old hand-me-downs.

TW: it takes a turn here. You may want to stop reading if you have lost a child at the hands of another.

He’s holding her body over his head and throwing her off the side of something. It could be a cliff, but I feel like it’s the edge of a train trestle.

He’s shrugging at me with his hands out like he’s saying “what can I say? this is me.”

    Me: How many?

    Him: 4

Me: Did you ever get caught?

    Him: no

    Me: How did you die?

Him: bullet to the head – suicide

Me: Where did you find your victims?

Him: Here and there. i looked for the invisible ones. The ones that wouldn’t be missed for hours or longer.

Me: Why come through to me?

Him: Why not. You’re open to souls with a message.

    Me: What is your message?

Him: Love your kids. Keep them close. Hold them tight and know where they are. There’s more evil in the world than me… and worse. I fought against my nature my whole life. I was miserable. There are others that don’t fight — that are happy with themselves and their depravity. Don’t make it any easier for them to get your kids than it already is. Protect them. That’s your job. Love and protect them.

At first I saw a monocle, but upon further inspection, it’s a jeweler’s loop.

This person seemed imposing and intimidating, but very kind and personable in actuality. He only gave the air of imposing.

He’s very in-my-face at the begging here, but he’s also very private.

His hands are clasped gently in front of him as we “chat.” He’s rocking back and forth on his feet a little. He’s clean shaven and well dressed.

He’s showing me necklaces draped on both hands and arms with his arms outstretched.

Small white dog – his joy.

Pink shirts. All kinds. Dress shirts, polo, etc.

Soccer – he’s showing me goalie gloves. Not sure if that’s him or a nod to someone living.

The name “angie” and as weird as it sounds, I felt it all lowercase like that. I even wrote it lowercase in my notebook.

Sitting on a bench or a couch and patting the seat next to him like he needs to tell someone something or he had to break some hard news to someone in life. He doesn’t want to have the conversation but he’s trying to stay positive for the person he’s speaking to. There is a long hug and many tears afterward.

“I didn’t get to do so many things that (we) wanted to, but I did get to love you. And that was the greatest gift of my life.”

    Something about a keyring.

There’s two things that could be a symbol to look out for or they could mean something to you:
    Beachball
    Honeybear

When I make a good connection with the other side, I am in a room and it’s just full of spirits waiting to come forward. Today, the room was empty except for this spirit. I felt like in life he was a very private person. My son came forward and high-fived him and told him he did a great job. I get the impression that in life, this would not at all be his thing.

    Lorna?

Larger woman — both physically and “larger than life” personality.

Curly hair, blue dress, support hose, multiple bracelets on her wrist. Blue eyes.

Wedding ring, but I don’t think she was married when she passed.

Small dog with her. Maybe a Chihuahua.

Rocking chair outside or on porch or deck.

    Grandkids. Maybe 2.

Something with one of her feet — I keep seeing special shoes.

    Homemade remedies. Flower/herb/edible things garden.

Toward the end she couldn’t stand.

“I had a full life. I loved deeply and was loved deeply. My family was everything and I have zero regrets about giving things up for them. It was my joy — my family.”

The “agony… misery…” part of the princes’ song from Into The Woods just popped into my head. I don’t feel it in a way that indicates she was agony. Maybe there is a message in the song or she just liked musicals. I asked for an explanation and she is just dancing, with a big grin on her face.

Did someone not get to say goodbye or hug her one last time? There is this frantic feeling of someone missing that. She’s hugged you so many times from over there.

You think you feel her sometimes and you do. She’s giving you a big hug.

    Symbol to look for: Globe

“I’m not saying it was an easy life, but it was mine. And I loved it all the same.”

Young African American girl in a pink dress with a bow in her hair. She’s all dressed up and very proud her her outfit.

She takes my hand and is looking up at me and smiling. She’s leading me with purpose. She knows the way. We are at the zoo watching the sea lions and eating popcorn.

Then we’re hiking, but it’s not a hard hike. She’s skipping along and singing to herself. She finds some sort of bug and is showing it to you. She’s collecting rocks from the trail to the pond at the end of the trail.

I feel like she drowned in this life. She wasn’t scared. Her grandma was there with her and they were playing — distracting her from what was happening to her body. There was no pain and no fear.

Grandma is here now, too. She is gentle and smiling kindly. Maybe she’s British? The girl is in her lap and grandma has her arms wrapped tightly around the girl — squeezing her. They both look happy… content even.

“Mama don’t cry. I’m there, even though I’m here, too. You can talk to me anytime and I hear you. I know you miss me but I’m right there. Every day. Be good. Don’t get into trouble. Be kind. I love you.”

    Sign: orange butterfly

Handsome. Tall, slim build. African American.

His names sounds like Einstein, or maybe that was a nickname. He showed up looking like a real life Pop Figure of Einstein with a giant head and crazy hair on top of his normal slim body.

He reached is closed fist out, palm up. When he opened his hand a dandelion and a moth flew out and grew larger.

He’s a kid now, riding a bike that’s a little too small. He’s all elbows and knees on it.

He’s wearing a white coat like a doctor or scientist. He’s discovered something new — looking into a microscope. But I also keep hearing “stethoscope”.

Two kids – one girl and one boy.

Nigeleane. This is a name I am familiar with, so it could be that it sounds like this name, but it’s not one I would recognize if he tried to tell me. Or it could be this actual name.

There’s so many flowers. He’s smiling from ear to ear while flowers are growing out of his hands when he opens them and they’re growing all around him.

“Hold on My Heart” – this is a song?

“Keep on keeping on. Of course I’m right there with you every step of the way, cheering you on. I’m still your biggest cheerleader. Just put one foot in front of the other. One day, one step at a time. I only ever want the very best for you all. You are my heart and I know I’m in yours. Thank you for continuing to include me, talk about me, remember me. I love you all so big. SO big. And get the dang dishwasher fixed.”

    Sign: brightly colored moth

  • May 13, 2026

Tall, slim man. He came in very frantic, but then almost instantly calmed. He’s holding a baby and tenderly rocking it back and forth.

I smell something sharp like strong cologne or pine scented cleaner.

Riding a road bike – bicycle.

Baby is a toddler now in a little blue dress with a big blue ribbon in her hair.

    He’s well-dressed with a briefcase.

Small scar on his left knee.

Close cut hair but it’s curly if it grows out.

    Guinea pig

Lady In Red – the song

Someone helps to straighten his tie all the time.

Microphone. But he’s nervous about it. Speaking in front of a large room full of people.

A red rose, but it’s opened up. It’s not a tight bud.

I Can See Clearly Now – the song.

“I don’t care about my ashes – you can do whatever you want.”

    Ministry of Magic

Shows me him embracing you and daughter together in his large wingspan. Everyone squeezing and smiling.

    John?

You are rocking your daughter – reading Goodnight Moon together. He’s there. Standing beside the chair – with you. “Goodnight daddy”

    sign: yellow chick

You’re gonna miss out on the rest of your life while you’re worrying about mine. I had a good life. We had fun—you need to keep having fun. I’ll be here when you get here, but it’s not time for you to get here yet. I’ve got Grandpa & we’re still having fun here. Please don’t worry about me. I’m here with you. So let’s have some fun together. Let’s go to the mountains & put our feet in the cold water. Let’s run & laugh & jump on the trampoline. I love you so so much & I know you love me. I know. Feel my love from here. I send it every single day. I love you to the stars & back.”

Spongebob is saying “I’m ready” and trotting around.

He’s showing me him as a man but I also feel like he was a boy when he passes. Feels like a boy under 10. “This is what I would look like today.”

    Thom, Tommy?

Baseball. Playing catch. He’s really good for his age.

Apple pie absolutely smothered in whipped cream.

    Small, light brown dog. Maggie?

Holding out his hand and there’s a butterfly on it.

    Marcos/Marko

“I like your coat” in a kid voice.

“My passing was terrible for you. I know. It wasn’t any fun for me, either, but I know that I have the better deal. I’m back here, where we belong. And you are stuck there, missing me. Just know that I’m with you every step of the way. When you break down at the grocery store and hope no one notices – I do. And I’m sending you all of the love and strength that I can – feel it. Let it wash over you and know that’s me. I’m there. I want you to remember all of the good memories. Don’t hide them away because they make you sad. Embrace them and let them fill you with joy for what we had. Don’t be so hard on E. She’s doing her best. And sometimes (well, always) that’s enough. Find me in your life every day. I’m there. A cool breeze, a whisper you thought you heard, a feather, a coin. Yes! All of the typical, tropey things. They are things for a reason. They work for us, so we use them. Don’t doubt them. Embrace them as me. And eat more pie! Life’s too short not to. I love you more than you could possibly know or understand right now.”

Big grin on his kid face. Arms crossed and in a wide stance like he’s proud.

    Sign: blue buffalo or beetle

Someone wearing the head of a Chinese dragon and moving around in a squatty way, looking side to side. Or maybe a South Pacific mask? There’s fringe on the ankles and wrists.

Male. He took off the mask and is holding it under one arm and smiling proudly. He had so much fun.

He’s got a great smile and infectious laugh. He’s the life of the party.

Beachball and leather flip flops. Guinea pig or rodent-like creature.

Thick, beautiful hair that everyone was jealous of. He thought a lot of himself, specifically his looks. He calls himself a playboy. He had it, so he flaunted it.

    Coin Collection

Mystery dinner — “mom did it.” and he laughs. Helping with the dishes in the kitchen. Mom is sad. Hugging her with sudsy hands.

“All is well. I’m just fine — better than fine. You know that in your heart. You tell yourself that when you are down. It’s OK to listen to that little voice because it’s true. I’m ok. I’m not missing out on anything. I’m there for it all — not just the big stuff but all of the small quiet moments, too. Movies, knitting, reading a book in the sunlight, vacuuming — I’m around, always. Thank you for talking to me. I try to talk back in my way. See me when I do and don’t doubt it’s me. Even if you think you can explain it away — it’s still me reaching out to say hello.”

Something about finding something of his in or under a couch. I don’t think you’ve found it yet. He wants you not to “freak out” when you find it, Not sure if that’s because of the content or the shock of finding something new of his,

    Sign: gold dove

In my early attempts I didn’t get many messages. Just spirits giving me evidence that I had nothing I could do with. This is one of those, but if you identify with this person, even though there’s no message, the main message of “I’m still here” still applies.

    June?

Woman, maybe 30s. Straight brown hair that is a few inches past her shoulders.

    Collared shirt-dress.

Blonde dog. Black and white cat.

    Post roast. Penelope.

She’s nervous — sitting politely with her hands pressed together and squeezed between her knees.

Vehicle accident. She hasn’t been found yet.

Long straight stretch of road with low valleys on either side.

Maybe WY? Silver or red sedan.

    The number 80.

    Bess?

    Very spunky older lady.

She is spinning/twirling and showing me her dress. It has blue flowers.

When I ask how she passed, I an drawn to my feet.

    The number 62.

She is holding up a hand with all of her fingers splayed out like she’s saying “five”.

    “mom”

    A watch or a wristwatch.

    Thick, tall socks or stockings.

This is the first time a “stranger” came through. It was very short and there may not be enough detail to identify with this spirit.

    Possibly Andrew.

He’s lanky with shaggy brown-ish hair.

    I would guess 20-ish,

He was into sports and loved his flip flops and coffee.

There is a song stuck in my head after this meditation: Always Be My Baby.

“I’m sorry. I’m ok. Just anyone wouldn’t understand but you do – you know the truth.”

    Sign: creamed corn
