Holding a slinky between two hands and moving his hands in a weighing motion so the weight of the slinky moves back and forth between them.

Flowers. Everywhere. Piles and piles of flowers.

Tap dancing. He’s not necessarily good at it, but he has fun. He’s fun to watch because he’s enjoying himself so much.

Curly hair that he keeps short to keep it from getting unruly.

Ring on his left hand but not a wedding ring. The song “Plain Gold Ring” is going through my head.

Very passionate, short fling had had shortly before he passed. Lots of “I can’t get enough of you” kissing and touching.

He had a desk job. He didn’t love it, but he didn’t hate it, either. He had somer lovely friends at work. He had a hacky sack on or in his desk.

“There’s too many pillows on your bed now. You found the line finally and then you crossed way over it.

“Don’t mourn me and don’t wait to join me. You will, of course. Everyone will eventually. But don’t not live your life in the meantime. You can’t just sit around ’til you die. What’s the point of that?! Live. Enjoy. Eat delicious things. Dance. Do something that scares you and makes you feel alive. Experience things. I’ll be here when you get here. And I’m still with you every step of the way while you’re there. Talk to me any time. I’m listening. And even though they will be small and easy to miss — watch for my replies. In the butterflies, the crinkly lone leaf wondering across the sidewalk, the ladybug on your shoulder. And so much more. See me in the tiny, ordinary miracles every day and know that’s me loving you with all of my heart. You and my family and my friends. I love you all. Don’t stop loving me, but do start living again. -B”
